Describe the woman who has everything you desire.

Describe how you will think, feel, and act when you have everything you want. How do you dress? What do you spend on? What do your relationships look like? How do you move in the world?

What is one way you can start bring this woman right now, today? Do it. It doesn’t have to be a big thing or involve spending a lot of money.

How can you change your mindset into the one your ideal self has? What does it look like when you carry yourself with the confidence you want? Just get into that feeling and hold it for as long as possible. And then, when that feeling fades (and it will – this takes practice), get into the feeling again and hold it a little bit longer. This is more about feeling the feelings of having what you want – it’s a kind of law of attraction thing.

Once you’re in the space of the feelings you want, then ask yourself “what do I do next?” When you feel like the woman who has what she wants, you’ll naturally know the next steps to take to get there. It becomes more of a remembering, an “oh, yeah, this is what a woman with _________ does.”
