If no matter what you did no one would get upset with you, what would you be doing today?

Hint: the answer isn’t that you’d just sit around binge-watching whatever it is people watch while eating Cheetos all day.

This is more an exercise in designing your ideal day. What time do you get up? What activities light you up? Where do you go? Who do you see? How do you dress? How much “me-time” do you give yourself?

Write out a full itinerary for your ideal day. It can be in schedule format or just free writing. How many of these things are on your calendar now? Which ones that aren’t can you put on there? How do you incorporate more things that make you come alive into your daily life?
