Also known as dead bugs, this simple exercise has done a lot to reduce my stomach. I started doing them because my chiropractor suggested them as a way to balance the left and right sides of my body (I’ve had back pain for years that is, at least in part, caused by having tighter muscles on my right side). The totally desirable side effect was that my stomach started getting smaller.
Why do I call them zeebees instead of dead bugs? Mainly because while you are lying there on your back, you move your arms and legs (like a dead bug would not do).
